“Rhythmically Superimposed Wind Blown Sand” showcases Mount Tower Hill and the beauty of Michigan’s majestic lake bordering dunes of Warren Dunes State Park.
Evolving over thousands of years, the ice sheet force and melting of glaciers formed the Great Lakes region. These Mammoth Coastal Dunes are the kinetic effect of upwind geomorphic sand surface accumulation. The combination of time, lake winds, water level fluctuations and regional weather conditions created this superimposed topographical arrangement.
Mount Tower Hill is located within the 1,952 acre Warren Dunes State Park in Sawyer Michigan.
